Let the SimplePhoto + Alkit Pro Lab team handle gallery uploading and online order fulfillment. In the coming months, SimplePhoto and Alkit are teaming up to provide an integrated workflow that meets the needs of many high volume photography businesses.
Step 1: Photograph your schools using a wide variety of school photography systems (including DRUMS, PhotoLynx, Timestone, etc). Alkit is built to accept virtually any type of school job.
Step 2: Upload the job to Alkit. Let Alkit and SimplePhoto handle the rest!
As part of the workflow, Alkit uploads the images and data to SimplePhoto. Any re-order cards or proof sheets printed by Alkit can include each student’s unique password. SimplePhoto then handles gallery notifications, targeted marketing, and online sales. Online orders are transferred automatically back to Alkit for fulfillment. For volume photography business using a prepay sales strategy: SimplePhoto can also be used to generate prepay order data that can be sent to Alkit.
