The Information We Collect
Name, e-mail address, mailing address, shipping address, daytime phone number, credit card number, and expiration date are required for all orders. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. Simplephoto receives and forwards customer's credit card numbers to our online payment processor using encrypted SSL communication. SimplePhoto does not store credit card numbers.

The Way We Use Information
Customer information is used only to complete the order. A photographer may choose to use their customer's e-mail address for correspondence. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Customer information is shared with the customer's photographer and in some cases the photo lab or third party vendor fulfilling the order.

Our Commitment To Data Security
When placing orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to our online payment processor. Simplephoto does not store credit card numbers. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as storage of items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but in most cases you can change this option in your Web browser.
