There is 1 thing to remember.

Remember this - With SimplePhoto Managed Photo Events many of your orders are taken in advance! You'll have two sales opportunites with every event we manage for you. (Pre-Pay and Reorder combo-buying opportunites explained) Many other types of groups beyond the traditional schools and leagues can benefit from you offering them the SimplePhoto Managed Photo Event Program. (Church, Dance Class, Charities, Clubs etc…)

There are 2 steps before picture day.

  1. 1. Get Ready. We help you every step of the way.
    SimplePhoto's customizable flyers and emails are designed to help you do everything from locate a local photographer if needed to conduct and complete the shoot with you. Remember, you can use any local photographer, a volunteer from iside your group, or choose one of our SimplePhoto's Certified Pro Photographers to assist you. We provide free guides for set-up and preparation, shooting tips and tricks, we explain everything step-by-step and have a support team available by phone and e-mail if needed.
  2. 2. Notify Your Membership of the Fundraiser.
    We help you promote your photo-event with online PDF files you can download and customize. Parents like the concept of using photos to raise money for their child's group. Our guidebook offers step by step instructions and includes promotional flyers as PDF files you can print and leave behind with your prospects. PDF Flyers may also be e-mailed to your prospects.

There are 3 steps on picture day.

  1. 1. Shoot. No software to learn, just shoot
    Got a digital camera? Got a pen? You're set. If you are slitting your proceeds with a photographer, just assist them that day as needed.
  2. 2. Drop.
    Ship your job to us. Just transfer your photos to CD-ROM or DVD-ROM and ship them to us with your order forms. We do the rest.
  3. 3. Go.
    Go have some fun, you deserve it.
Collect your profit.
We were going to call this a step, but how can receiving a check be considered a workflow step?

 

After Picture Day, We Do the Rest

We Print and Ship. All pre-paid portrait packages will ship directly to your school for easy distribution. All reorders are shipped directly to customers who buy.
 
We Provide Excellent Customer Service and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We handle any and all customer service requests on your behalf. We offer 100% customer satisfaction. If anyone in your group asks you for customer service, simply refer them to us, we can handle it for you. Simple enough?
 
We Send You a Check for Your Profits. SimplePhoto sends you a check for the profit level you've requested.
 

SimplePhoto MarketPlace

The SimplePhoto MarketPlace includes a PrintShop in the SimplePhoto MarketPlace for ordering other types of service and fundraiser items like team-spirit buttons, service strips etc...
 

Reminder…

Your Profit is Locked-in by you in advance of Picture Day. SimplePhoto empowers you to name your markup (50%-100%-200%). This flexibility allows your group to balance profit vs. price point for your unique needs. We suggest 50% if you are using a volunteer photographer from within your group, 100% if you are splitting with a pro photographer and 200% if you want to make even more.
